Roles and Responsibilities:
Core Functional Responsibilities:
- Creation of Mechanical Workshops and Courses: Design engaging and informative mechanical workshops and courses to impart knowledge to students.
- Conducting Mechanical Webinars: Lead webinars on mechanical topics for students, ensuring effective communication and documentation of workshop content.
- Mechanical Application Simulation: Utilize simulation tools to model and analyze mechanical applications, providing valuable insights.
- Development of Best Practice Methodology: Establish best practices for mechanical design, including testing approaches and exception reporting.
- Problem-Solving and Motion Solutions: Approach motion solutions development and problem-solving analytically to address engineering challenges effectively.
- Supporting Business Processes: Assist mentors and team members in optimizing business processes related to mechanical design and engineering.
- Manufacturing Process Development: Develop manufacturing processes adhering to global engineering codes and standards, ensuring efficiency and quality.
- Project Management: Understand project needs and requirements, manage projects and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and ensure timely delivery.
General Responsibilities:
- Undertake small projects and ensure their timely completion.
- Conduct detailed self-study to enhance understanding and contribute to project design.
- Collaborate with mentors to receive feedback and incorporate it into project development.
- Compile project activities and present comprehensive reports or presentations as guided by mentors.
Note: The intern is expected to produce outcomes including knowledge capture, theoretical software components, software tool explanations, and practical software skills as part of the assigned tasks.
