Could you be the full-time Mechanical Domain Manager in our dynamic Hyderabad office we're looking for
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your comprehensive Mechanical Engineering expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You'll work alongside innovative, dedicated, and solution-oriented teammates.
You'll manage the Mechanical Domain resources, activities, and deliverables on projects, ensuring compliance with our quality, cost, and delivery (QCD) commitments. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (Design, Sourcing, Industrialization, Manufacturing), plan and pilot Mechanical Domain activities, and much more.
You'll specifically take care of defining requirements and mechanical interfaces to equipment, monitor the conformity of Mechanical Sub-Systems deliveries, and coordinate Mechanical Domain contributors on projects. But also, you will be involved in managing the production of deliverables and designing products that meet project specifications.
We'll look to you for:
Ensuring the quality and customer acceptance of Mechanical Domain deliverables within committed limits
Reporting on Mechanical Domain activities progress and escalating potential issues
Overseeing the application of Mechanical Domain instructions, processes, and tools
Resolving Mechanical issues and defining mitigation plans for project risks
Contributing to the continuous improvement of the Mechanical Domain
Collaborating on cross-functional teams to support the production ramp-up

Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
Experience or understanding of Railway products, with a preference for candidates with 2 to 3 years in this industry
Knowledge of CAD tools such as Catia V5 and PLM tools
Familiarity with project management and reporting
A proactive mindset with a sense of urgency and priority
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Operational proficiency in English for reading, writing, and participating in technical meetings
