Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Mechanical Engineer at Dreamfly Innovations in Bengaluru. You will work closely with a team of experts to ensure the highest standards of quality and safety in battery design and integration.

Responsibilities:

Assemble battery packs, soldering of battery power cables & connectors,

ensuring precise and efficient handling of components.

Conduct charging and discharging tests using CC-CV and CC methods.

Perform capacity testing

Execute functional and performance testing of battery packs for Drones

Install and test temperature sensors and Battery Management Systems

(BMS) on battery packs.

Documentation and Reporting

Prepare detailed technical reports summarizing design processes,

methodologies, results, and conclusions.

Develop operating manuals with step-by-step instructions for assembly,

operation, and maintenance of battery systems.

Ensure all documentation is clear, concise, and adheres to company

standards and regulatory requirements.
