Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing BIM Engineer at VALUE3D's Bengaluru location. The Engineer will be responsible for MEP coordination, building services, and integrating mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in projects on-site.

Qualifications

• Experience in Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) Modeling from both 2D and Point cloud data.
• MEP Coordination skills
• Electrical Engineering expertise
• Knowledge of Building Services
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering
