Main work is REACH STACKERS MAINTENANCE , FORK LIFTS , BALE CATCHER FORK LIFTS . HYDRA , EMPTY HANDLERS and only 10 15 % focus on TRAILER MAINTENANCE

Job Description for Maintenance of Critical Assets of Container Freight

Station

Schedule, preventive and breakdown/troubleshooting maintenance of

1.Reachstackers

2.Fork Lifters

3.Bail Catchers

4.Hydra

5.Empty Handlers

6.Air Compressor

Coordination and timely escalation of Spares parts planning and procurement.

Repair and maintenance cost analysis on monthly and annual basis.

Root cause analysis of breakdowns.

Effective utilization of manpower for preventive maintenance, protective and breakdown maintenance.

To follow the company EHS and Quality standards and norms to ensure electrical and mechanical safety at the

site.

To maintain the inventory of MEP related equipment and components.

Provides technical advice/input relevant to MEP systems.

Monitor electrical, mechanical , pneumatic and hydraulic systems of facilities to ensure functionality.

Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities.

Maintain maintenance logs and report on daily activities

Assist in forecasting requirements, creating a budget and scheduling expenses for the MEP department.

Preparing and submitting Weekly and monthly MIS.

General Requirement:

1.Candidate must have prior experience in maintenance of the mechanical assets at Container

Freight Station(CFS) / In land Container Depot (ICD).

2.Candidate will be supported by highly motivated team and management desires to have a

positive and teamwork member who will inspire the team to achieve new heights.

3.Candidate must analyze the frequently used spares, most critical spares and coordinate with Just

In Time escalating the issues at right time.

4.Candidate must Analyze the Local Vendors and Vendors out of states available for spares and

services and the level of expertise that the vendor can support.

5.Candidates expertise may be utilized in the other sites of the Company for the overall

coordination in Logistical support to the Operation team.
