Job Overview
Mangalore Minerals Pvt Ltd is seeking a skilled and experienced Mechanical Draughtsman to join our team. As a Mechanical Draughtsman, you will be responsible for creating detailed technical drawings and plans for machinery, equipment, and mechanical systems. This role requires a strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles and the ability to translate concepts into accurate and precise drawings.
Qualifications And Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- 1-3 years of experience as a Mechanical Draughtsman
- Strong proficiency in CAD software, such as AutoCAD or SolidWorks
- Good understanding of mechanical engineering principles and techniques
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Attention to detail and accuracy in drafting
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Roles And Responsibilities
- Create detailed technical drawings and plans for machinery, equipment, and mechanical systems based on specifications and requirements
- Collaborate with engineers and other professionals to develop and refine designs
- Prepare and interpret blueprints, schematics, and CAD files
- Ensure that drawings comply with industry and regulatory standards
- Use CAD software and other tools to generate accurate and precise drawings
- Perform calculations and analysis to validate designs
- Identify and resolve design issues and discrepancies
- Review and modify designs based on feedback and requirements
- Coordinate and communicate with suppliers, manufacturers, and other stakeholders
- Stay updated with advancements in mechanical drafting and design techniques
