Assist in the design and development of mechanical systems and components.
- Collaborate with the engineering team on various projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
Utilize Fusion 360 and SolidWorks for 3D modeling and simulation tasks.- Conduct research and provide support in the prototyping, testing, and validation of mechanical designs.
Prepare technical documentation, including reports, drawings, and specifications.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions for new projects.
Assist in troubleshooting and problem-solving activities related to mechanical designs and manufacturing processes.- Maintain an organized and clean work environment, adhering to safety protocols.
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.- Previous internship or project experience related to mechanical design is a plus.
Proficiency in Fusion 360 and SolidWorks for CAD modeling and simulation.
- Basic understanding of mechanical engineering principles and practices.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Previous internship or project experience in mechanical engineering is a plus.
- Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with other CAD software and tools.- Knowledge of materials science and manufacturing processes.
Experience with finite element analysis (FEA) and computational fluid dynamics (CFD).
- Hands-on experience with prototyping and testing mechanical systems.
