Primary Responsibilities:
To be responsible for all project drawings/detailed drawings.
To handle a team and check the individual output on daily basis.
To manage the available resources to meet the project timelines.
Mentoring & guiding to all the team members to achieve their Individual goals &
develop their skillset.
To help in Reading and interpreting blue prints and technical drawings schematics to
Lead Engineers & Draughtsman.
To give guidance to produce appropriate Bill of Material, Isometric drawings as per
customer specifications & optimize solutions.
To make sure that manufacturing drawings in accordance with applicable standards.
Provide technical briefings to the Project Manager, production manager & Site
Engineer for successful execution and commissioning.
Resolve major site issues escalated by site / service engineers related to design and
make sure that your team will resolve on timely basis.
Secondary Responsibilities:
Design technically viable solutions based on inputs received as per client as well as
site requirements.
Create drawings as per customer specifications and good engineering practices.(If
required)
Interface with outside vendors for component selection, manufacturing and
assembly.
To get involve & collaborate with Manager to create a standard design library to
improve the productivity in terms of skills as well as time.
To create a checklist for manufacturing/isometric/BOM/MTO, etc.
Implementation of SOPs through all team members.
To keep the track of KRAs of each individual.
