• Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Mechanical Design Engineer with 3-5 years of experience to join our dynamic engineering team. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, a passion for mechanical design, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. This role involves the design, development, and optimization of mechanical systems and components to meet client specifications and industry standards.

• Key Responsibilities:

Design and Development: Create detailed mechanical designs, drawings, and specifications for components and systems using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar).

Project Management: Manage and oversee the design process from concept to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including electrical engineers, manufacturing teams, and project managers, to ensure cohesive and integrated design solutions.

• Prototyping and Testing: Develop prototypes and conduct tests to validate design concepts, identify potential issues, and implement improvements.

Documentation: Prepare comprehensive design documentation, including technical reports, manuals, and user guides, to support product development and maintenance.

Quality Assurance: Ensure designs comply with relevant industry standards, regulations, and safety guidelines. Perform quality checks and participate in design reviews.Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with industry trends, advancements in technology, and best practices to enhance design processes and contribute to ongoing product innovation.

• Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.

• Experience: 3-5 years of experience in mechanical design engineering, preferably in a similar industry.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar). Knowledge of finite element analysis (FEA) and computational fluid dynamics (CFD) is a plus.

Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve design issues.Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration and documentation.

• Team Player: Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

• Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with project management and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and materials.

Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to mechanical design.
