Position:
We are looking for a Mechanical Assembly Junior Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsibile for assembling electrospindles and other mechanical parts at our Indian branch.
Roles and Responsabilities:
Follow every step of the repair process: - Failure analysis - Diagnose defect - Disassemble and clean - Component Inspection
Part replacement & reconditioning
Balance shafts, prep components for assembly, install motor rotors & stators
Mechanically and electrically test and certify that the spindles are built and performing to known mechanical and electrical specification, and to industry standards.
Follow safety rules and regulations - Maintain a clean work environment and good order of the working area
Requirements:
High School Degree
Good knowledge in Mechanical and eletromechanical sphere
Fine knowledge of computer programs (Word, Excel)
Good ability to read and understand technical and mechanical drawings
