Position: MDM Analyst

Essential Functions/Responsibilities
- Over 5 years experience with Data Stewardship, data quality and data analysis.
- 2-5 years experience defining and implementing data quality score cards with business outcome impacts.
- Solid experience in writing and optimizing SQL, PL/SQL
- Experience with reporting tools such as Qlik Sense/Tableau/PowerBI
- Provide data quality profiling approach, metrics and perform analysis as needed. Perform research and analysis as needed.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Contribute to the design and develop the architecture for a robust MDM platform that matches and consolidates key data subject areas in a manner that is aligned to the company's strategic vision.
- Collaborate with the Enterprise Architecture teams (data integration, data architecture, business intelligence) to develop and deliver MDM solutions and work with Architecture Review Board and Data Governance Approval Board for technical reviews and approvals through the system development life-cycle.
- Assist in requirements for data matching and merging rules, survivor ship criteria and data stewardship workflows that can be deployed in the endorsed MDM tool.
- Expertized in critical thinking to analyze problems, document needs and communicate these needs to a variety of audiences required.
- Understanding of data governance and audit process as it relates to MDM.
- Actively participate and influence in agile planning, backlog refinement and implement to Agile methodology, process, and standards
- Experience working with an external managed service provider. Ability to collaborate across the organization and influence the team
- Document and deliver vital artifacts.
