Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients, including detailed medical histories and physical examinations.

- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment protocols as necessary.
- Collaborate with specialists and healthcare teams for integrated patient care.
- Manage chronic diseases and develop patient education programs for self-management.
- Supervise and mentor junior medical staff and interns.
- Participate in continuous medical education to stay updated on the latest developments in internal medicine.
- Conduct research and present findings at medical conferences.
- Maintain accurate and compliant medical records as per healthcare regulations.

- Assist in the development of clinical protocols and guidelines.

Required Qualifications
- MBBS from a recognized university.
- MD in Internal Medicine or DNB qualification.
- Medical license to practice in Uttar Pradesh.
- Minimum 3-5 years of clinical experience in Internal Medicine.
- Excellent diagnostic and clinical skills.
- Strong knowledge of current medical practices and protocols.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated experience in patient management.
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Proficient in conducting patient education on disease management.
