This is a full-time on-site role for MBBS and AFIH Doctors located in Gurugram. As a doctor at UR.Life, your day-to-day responsibilities will involve providing medical support and expertise to employees, ensuring their mental and physical well-being. You will be responsible for managing and delivering healthcare services, conducting medical assessments, providing treatments and prescriptions, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to deliver holistic wellness solutions.

• MBBS degree with a valid license to practice medicine in India
• Certification in AFIH (Associate Fellow of Industrial Health) is required
• Proven experience as a doctor in a clinical or corporate setting
• Strong knowledge of general medicine, occupational health, and preventive healthcare
• Excellent clinical and diagnostic skills
• Ability to effectively communicate with employees, understand their health concerns, and provide appropriate advice and treatment
• Empathy, compassion, and a caring attitude towards patients
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work in a team and collaborate with other healthcare professionals
• Proficiency in using medical software and technology
• Excellent decision-making and problem-solving abilities
• Valid CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) certification
