6 to 8 years with the following skills:

Must-Have Skills:

• Proficiency in Automation Scripting, MBO (Maximo Business Objects), Bean Class, Field Level Class, Custom Actions, User Exits, and Processing Classes.
• Strong hands-on experience in Java customization within a Maximo environment.

Good-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with Oracle SQL performance tuning.
• Familiarity with GitHub, Jenkins, and Jira.
• Understanding of JavaScript and ReactJS.
