Key Responsibilities:
Instructional Support: Assist the lead teacher in planning and delivering math and science lessons that align with the curriculum and educational standards.
Classroom Management: Help maintain an organized and inclusive classroom environment, managing student behavior and ensuring a conducive learning space.
Teaching Materials: Prepare and organize teaching materials, visual aids, and resources for math and science lessons.
Student Assistance: Provide one-on-one or small group assistance to students who require extra help in understanding math and science concepts.
Curriculum Enhancement: Contribute to the development and improvement of math and science curriculum, including lesson plans, activities, and assessments.
Assessment: Assist in evaluating students progress by grading assignments, quizzes, and tests and providing feedback on their performance.
Hands-on Experiments: Facilitate hands-on science experiments and math problem-solving activities.
Discussion Facilitation: Encourage classroom discussions, questions, and critical thinking to engage students in math and science topics.
Professional Development: Stay updated on current teaching methods, math and science content, and educational best practices.
