Job Description
Analyze supply chain data and metrics to identify trends, issues, opportunities, and risks.
Develop and implement supply chain strategies, plans and policies to support demand and customer requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Demand Management, Operations, Quality, Engineering, IT and Finance to ensure alignment and coordination of supply chain activities.
Monitor, improve and report on supply chain performance, KPIs, SLAs and customer satisfaction.
Conduct supply chain risk assessment and mitigation actions.
Support supply chain continuous improvement initiatives and digital supply chain transformation.
Utilize supply chain tools and systems such as Kinaxis, SAP, PL/SQL, Python and Power BI to run scenarios, build models, solution shaping, run simulation, perform data analysis and reporting.
Stay updated on the latest supply chain trends, technologies, and best practices.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree or higher in Supply chain management, Industrial Engineering, or related fields with CGPA >
- 5 or equivalent
Preferably with 0-2 years of experience or more in Supply Chain, planning, Industrial Engineering, Operations in the semiconductor or high-tech industry.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Ability to work across time zones.
Experience in using any supply chain software such as Kinaxis / Blue Yonder / o9 / SAP APO / SAP IBP / Adexa is a plus.
Proficiency in one or more tools and systems such as PL/SQL, Python, AI/ML/Linear Programming Optimization and Power BI / Tableau / QlikView.
