Your tasks
- Lead a sub team of GBSS members assigned to specific material compliance activities.
- Onboard, enable, train, and develop team members to support the organization and other stakeholders effectively.
- Define, develop, and document processes in respective functional areas to ensure efficient operations.
- Analyze supplier documentation to ensure compliance with relevant material regulations.
- Respond to customer requests regarding material compliance, providing timely and accurate information.
- Collaborate closely with R&D, field application engineers, and product managers to evaluate and ensure the material compliance of components and products.
- Communicate proactively with various stakeholders to explore new support tasks, ensure high satisfaction, and resolve issues promptly.
- Review Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and develop the team to achieve set goals, providing regular performance and progress reports.
Your profile
Education and Experience:
- Bachelors degree in engineering or science such as chemical or materials science and engineering along with of 6-10 years of experience in material compliance or a related role.
Skills/Knowledge:
- In-depth knowledge of material compliance regulations (e.g., Reach, RoHS, SCIP, POP, TSCA, CP65, CMRT, EMRT, WEEE).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex technical documentation.
- Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English.
- IT affinity, good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications; experience with SAP, PLM and Power BI is an advantage
- Experience in supply chain and project management
- Independent and structured working style
- Strong team player

- Proactive with the necessary interest and willingness to learn new things.
