Job Description
Developing production schedules and ensuring production targets are met efficiently and on time.
Overseeing the entire production process, including mixing raw materials, extrusion, cooling, and pelletizing.
Implementing quality control measures to ensure that the masterbatch produced meets customer specifications and internal quality standards.
Monitoring raw material and finished goods inventory levels to ensure continuous production without shortages
Coordinating with maintenance teams to ensure equipment is properly maintained and addressing any production issues that arise.
Ensuring that production processes adhere to safety standards and regulatory requirements.
Leading and supervising production teams, ensuring they are properly trained and motivated to achieve production targets
Identifying opportunities for process improvements to optimize production efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality.
