Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced educator with expertise in all JEE and NEET subjects (Physics, Chemistry, Math, and Biology) to represent our company on YouTube. The instructor will create engaging and informative classes, providing students with high-quality instruction, tips, and strategies to excel in JEE and NEET exams.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Content Creation:

Conduct live and recorded engaging and informative video lessons on JEE and NEET topics.

Create practice problems, quizzes, and mock tests to reinforce learning.

Stay updated with syllabus changes and exam trends.

2. Student Engagement:

Respond to student comments, questions, and messages promptly.

Foster a supportive, positive learning environment for students.

Host live Q&A sessions, polls, and discussions to encourage participation.

3. Channel Growth:

Work with the team to strategize for subscriber and view growth.

Promote the channel across social media and other platforms.

Analyze performance metrics and apply data-driven improvements.

Qualifications

1. Educational Background:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Medicine, or a related field.

2. Experience:

Proven experience as a JEE+NEET tutor or mentor, with a deep understanding of the JEE and NEET syllabus and exam patterns.

Prior experience in online teaching or educational content creation preferred.

Proven teaching experience across all JEE and NEET subjects.

3. Skills:

Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and engagingly.

Comfortable presenting on camera and engaging a large online audience.
