What will you be
doing
Leading a team of external channel partners for supply expansion at a hub level
On-boarding the right set of hotel patrons in high demand areas through these channel partners,
in line with the hub's monthly supply growth target
Identifying & on-boarding new channel partners to drive business growth in the hub
Identifying ways of increasing productivity of existing partner through strategic thinking & data
focused decision making

Indicators
Number of Sellable Rooms signed & made live month on month
Gross margin derived from the properties signed
Required Skills Ability to network with and manage relations with hotel owners
Proof reading of legal contracts
Soft skills (ERP/APP usage, Excel)
Good negotiation skills along with data analytical ability
Who are we looking
for
Min 4+ years of relevant experience in business development/supply in reputed
startups/Telecom/FMCG/BFSI and/or in management of channel partners
An energetic, dynamic and effective communicator with excellent negotiation skills to manage
situations on the ground
