We are looking for a bright and enthusiastic Marketing Trainee to join our dynamic team. This is a
fantastic opportunity for a recent MBA graduate (Marketing specialization) from the 2023-2024 batch
to gain valuable experience in the marketing field. You will work on a variety of projects, gaining
exposure to all aspects of marketing, from market research and campaign development to social
media management and brand strategy.

Responsibilities:
Assist with market research activities, including data collection, analysis, and reporting.
Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels
(digital, print, etc.).
Manage social media platforms, creating engaging content and interacting with followers.
Assist with content creation for marketing materials, such as brochures, website copy, and
email newsletters.
Monitor marketing campaign performance and provide insights for optimization.
Stay updated on current marketing trends and technologies.
Perform other marketing-related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:
MBA in Marketing(passed out in 2023 or 2024).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Working knowledge of social media marketing and analytics a plus.
Creativity, initiative, and a passion for marketing are essential.
