Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Lead at Flow Realty India. As a Marketing Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing and implementing digital marketing strategies, offline marketing for Flow Realty Real Estate Projects. This role involves tasks such as achieving marketing funnel targets, managing a team, and effective communication with stakeholders. If you're a problem solver and adapted with all the latest updates in digital world, this role is for you.
Qualifications / Job Description
* Understanding and experience of Residential Real Estate is a must.
* Own the complete marketing funnel and help overall achieve business targets.
* Must have hands-on experience of digital platforms like Meta, Google, and Taboola.
* Experience of Managing a team of at least 4-5 people.
* Experience in data analytics and compiling insights from the existing data.
* Experience in coordinating with different brand/digital agencies.
* Must have experience in handling CP meets & offline events for new launches.
* Understanding of residential RE products like inventory management, pricing strategy and enhancing the overall site experience.
* Should have experience in handling CRM software.
* Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
* Experience in client servicing is an additional benefit.
