Incommon is hiring on behalf of a Canada-based group of companies, is a cloud-native Azure services provider. Their services include cloud management, devops, application development, and data and analytics services.

Position Summary

The Marketing Support Representative will be responsible for creating and managing marketing collateral, including customer stories, testimonials, blog posts, and social media content. Based in India, this role will work closely with the marketing team (Jessalyn) to develop content that strengthens Optimus Infos brand presence and supports lead generation efforts. The role also involves updating the company website and ensuring that all marketing materials are aligned with the companys messaging and goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop marketing collateral such as case studies, customer stories, and testimonials.
• Create and schedule LinkedIn posts, blogs, and other content to engage potential clients and partners.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to update and maintain the company website, ensuring content is relevant and up-to-date.
• Assist in creating sales presentations, brochures, and other promotional materials.
• Track and analyze the performance of marketing content, providing insights to improve engagement.

Requirements

• Strong writing and content creation skills, with experience in developing customer stories and testimonials.
• Familiarity with website content management systems (WordPress, etc.) and social media platforms.
• Ability to create engaging LinkedIn posts and blog content.
• Basic design skills (using tools like Canva or Adobe) to assist with creating marketing materials.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
