Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Marketing Strategist to join our team at Town And City Developers. As a Marketing Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing plans to promote our real estate projects. Your role will involve researching and analyzing market trends, identifying target audiences, developing marketing strategies, and monitoring campaign performance. This is a full-time position based in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India, and the successful candidate will have more than 10 years of experience in marketing and brand management.
Qualifications And Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- Proven experience as a Marketing Strategist or similar role, with a focus on real estate marketing.
- In-depth knowledge of brand management and strategic planning.
- Proficiency in digital marketing strategies and tools.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret market research data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Experience with outdoor advertising and other offline marketing channels is a plus.

- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for promoting our real estate projects.

- Collaborate with internal teams to create engaging and persuasive marketing materials.
- Manage and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital marketing, outdoor advertising, and social media.
- Track and analyze campaign performance to ensure goals are met and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance our marketing strategies.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and marketing agencies.
- Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively.
- Provide regular reports and updates on marketing activities to management.
