Role Overview:We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ideating and managing paid marketing campaigns, excellent writing skills, a basic understanding of SEO and SEO content creation, and proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and design. This role requires a strategic thinker who can develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy for both B2B and B2C audiences in India.
- Marketing Strategy Development: Develop and execute a marketing strategy tailored for the Indian market, addressing both B2B and B2C segments.
- Campaign Management: Ideate, plan, and execute high-impact marketing programs across various channels, including but not limited to paid media, content marketing, partnerships, event sponsorships, and owned events.
- Content Creation: Write compelling and SEO-optimised content to enhance our online presence and engage our target audience.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and design, to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts.
- Budget Management: Manage marketing budgets effectively to maximise ROI and achieve marketing objectives.
