Job description for Marketing role:
The Mall Marketing Executive is responsible for planning and executing marketing strategies to enhance the mall's brand, increase foot traffic, and maximize sales for retail tenants. This role involves managing marketing campaigns, coordinating events, fostering tenant relationships, and to drive customer engagement and growth.
Marketing Strategy & Campaigns:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the mall and its retail tenants.
- Plan and execute seasonal, holiday, and promotional campaigns to increase foot traffic and boost sales.
- Manage the mall's brand presence across digital channels (social media, website)
- Leading the idea development and execution of new marketing initiatives
- Designing and managing annual marketing calendar with budgeting
- Develops and executes annual marketing plans to deliver the financial objectives and aligns with brand strategies.
Event Management:
- Coordinate and manage in-mall events, including promotional events, pop-ups, community activities, and tenant collaboration events.
- Work with local businesses and organizations to create partnerships and sponsorships for events.
In house brand Relations:
- Foster strong relationships with tenants to ensure their participation and support in mall-wide promotions.
- Collaborate with retail partners to co-create marketing initiatives, share promotional opportunities, and gather feedback.
Digital & Social Media Marketing:
- Oversee the creation and maintenance of the mall's website and social media profiles.
- Develop content for social media platforms and engage with customers to build a vibrant online community.
Market Analytics:
- Identify customer preferences, competitive trends, and growth opportunities.
- Analyse foot traffic, sales data, and other key metrics to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
Budget Management:
- Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to achieve marketing objectives.
- Negotiate contracts with external vendors, and event partners to optimize costs.
- Generate income via displays, events, promotional campaigns.
