Job Overview
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic to the company website and social media platforms.
- Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads) to achieve maximum ROI.
- Create and curate engaging content for social media channels, blog posts, email newsletters, and other digital platforms.
- Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for search engines (SEO).
- Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using Google Analytics and other tools, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and recommend new strategies to enhance our online presence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience (X years) in digital marketing, with a track record of successful campaigns and measurable results.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including but not limited to Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and email marketing software.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content for different digital channels.
- Analytical mindset and proficiency in data analysis to drive insights and decision-making.
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas for digital campaigns.
- Strong project management skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot) are a plus.
