Job Title: Sales Executive

Location: Office 104, Kanchan Onyx, Near Dharmawat Petrol Pump, Pisoli, Pune, Maharashtra 411048

Role Overview

We are looking for an ambitious and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team in Pune. This on-site role requires excellent relationship-building skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to identify opportunities and close deals. You will play a vital role in driving revenue growth by understanding client needs, presenting tailored solutions, and ensuring a seamless sales process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Acquisition: Identify potential clients and generate leads to grow our customer base.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships to encourage repeat business.
  • Solution Selling: Understand client requirements and propose customized interior design solutions.
  • Presentations & Proposals: Deliver persuasive sales presentations and prepare detailed proposals.
  • Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales goals to contribute to company growth.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with design and project teams to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends and competitors to refine sales strategies.
  • Travel Flexibility: Be willing to travel for client meetings and deal closures, including off-site or out-of-station visits when necessary.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in sales or business development, ideally within interior design or related industries.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage clients effectively.
  • Strong negotiation and deal-closing abilities.
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
  • A proactive and results-driven approach to achieving sales goals.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience in the interior design sector or a similar field is a significant advantage.
