  • Job Summary: The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing digital advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and Meta (formerly Facebook). This role requires a strategic thinker who can analyze ad performance, adjust strategies to meet objectives, and report on campaign success. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with digital advertising, a keen eye for detail, and a strong understanding of how to drive ROI through various online channels.
  • Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Development:
  • Design and execute digital advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta platforms, including search, display, and social media ads.
Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad copy, visuals, and call-to-actions that align with campaign goals.
  • Performance Monitoring:
Monitor daily performance of ad campaigns, analyzing key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.
  • Use data-driven insights to make real-time adjustments to optimize campaign performance and budget allocation.
Reporting and Analysis:
  • Prepare and present regular reports on campaign performance, including insights, recommendations, and actionable strategies.
Track and analyze competitive landscape and industry trends to identify new opportunities and threats.
Budget Management: Manage and allocate budgets effectively to maximize ROI and ensure efficient use of advertising spend.
  • Conduct A/B testing and other optimization strategies to enhance campaign effectiveness.
Strategy Development:
  • Develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies in alignment with overall business objectives and target audience profiles.
Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and set measurable goals for campaign success.
  • Collaboration:
Work closely with other marketing team members to ensure cohesive messaging and integrated marketing efforts.
  • Liaise with external vendors and partners as needed for campaign execution and strategy refinement.
Compliance and Best Practices:
  • Ensure all campaigns adhere to platform guidelines and industry regulations.
Stay updated on best practices and emerging trends in digital advertising to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Preferred Skills:
Google Ads and Meta Ads certifications.
  • Experience with additional digital marketing platforms and tools.
Knowledge of SEO and content marketing strategies.
  • Proven experience (2+ years) in managing digital advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Meta platforms.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and other relevant tools.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and efficiency.
