About GLIDER.AI:

Glider provides AI-based hiring tools such as online assessments, coding tests, video interviews etc., that allows Enterprises, Staffing Agencies and MSPs to hire quality talent for any job role globally. We help in hiring process automation with our auto proctored real world assessments and simulations, phone screening tools and live coding enabled video interview tools.

Glider is a Series A funded company headquartered in Fremont, California with a development and operations center in Bangalore, India. We are rapidly expanding our team both in the US and in India and are looking for ambitious professionals who are looking for challenging roles to learn and grow alongside us.

Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented marketing professional to join our global marketing team. Your primary responsibilities will include developing and implementing strategies that increase visibility for and loyalty toward the Glider AI brand. You will work toward forging great relationships with existing customers, industry thought leaders and prospects through social media channels, email campaigns and other innovative methods.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage Glider AI social media channels and increase quality followers and engagement on the channels
  • Regularly engage with customers, thought leaders and prospects through our social media channels and work toward increasing visibility
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create engaging and relevant content that resonate with our target audience
  • Monitor and track the online activities of competitors and devise unique brand campaigns for Glider AI
  • Work with the marketing and sales team to run creative email campaigns that increase engagement with our audience
  • Support sales and marketing to run campaigns that generate qualified leads and result in more meetings
  • Track relevant industry news and events and prepare newsletters for internal distribution
  • Assist with the organization and promotion of marketing campaigns and events
  • Create and maintain reports on previous campaign results and marketing metrics
  • Manage day-to-day marketing administrative and operational tasks

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of marketing tools and industry best practices
  • Exception verbal and written communication skills
  • Extremely organized with a keen eye for details
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills
  • 1 to 5 years of industry experience
  • Proficient in HubSpot management
