As a Marketing Specialist, you will drive our digital marketing efforts across various platforms including website optimization, social media, email marketing, SEO and marketing analytics. Responsibilities:
- Improve user experience by conducting in-depth user testing, applying heat maps and click analysis for insights, and making strategic, data-informed improvements to the website.
- Elevate our user acquisition efforts by assessing the effectiveness of current channels and identifying innovative strategies to boost efficiency.
- Come up with creative insights to augment our ad creatives & content
- Overhaul our social media approach through a thorough audit, followed by the development and implementation of a strategic content calendar and engagement plan.
- Enhance video advertising effectiveness by devising and executing a comprehensive cross-platform distribution strategy, complemented by robust performance tracking metrics.
- Create a uniform reporting system for key marketing metrics, and maintain a routine schedule for in-depth data analysis and insight dissemination.
Required skills/experience:
- Proficient in Google Analytics, social media management tools, and email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact, SendGrid).
- Knowledge of heat mapping and user behavior analysis tools such as Hotjar or Crazy Egg.
- Skilled in SEO tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz.
- Advanced skills in data analysis and visualization using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- 1-5 yrs of experience in B2C or e-commerce digital marketing, with a strong grasp of online consumer behaviors and engagement strategies.
Beneficial Skills:
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana or Trello.
- Basic proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Experience with user-friendly design tools like Canva or similar.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms like HubSpot or Marketo.
