Key Responsibilities
Market Research & Trend Analysis:
Conduct thorough market research to identify industry trends and consumer insights.
Analyze competitor strategies and industry developments to inform marketing plans.
Go-to-Market Strategy:
Develop and implement innovative go-to-market strategies to achieve business objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing efforts.
Digital Media Planning:
Craft comprehensive digital media plans encompassing social media, online advertising, and email marketing.
Optimize digital marketing campaigns to enhance engagement and conversion rates.
Pitch & Sponsorship Decks:
Design and produce compelling pitch and sponsorship decks for client and stakeholder presentations.
Tailor presentations to effectively communicate strategic partnerships and business value.
Creative Design:
Utilize creative tools like Canva to design engaging digital marketing content.
Ensure all creative outputs are aligned with brand guidelines and marketing strategies.
Content Creation:
Develop innovative digital marketing content, including graphics, videos, and copy, to support campaigns.
Collaborate with content creators to ensure high-quality and impactful messaging.
Performance Tracking & Reporting:
Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives using analytics tools.
Generate regular reports on marketing activities, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
Project Management:
Manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and adherence to objectives.
Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail in all aspects of work.
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, or a related field.
Experience:
Proven experience (3-5 years) in marketing, digital marketing, or a similar role.
Experience in market research, trend analysis, and developing marketing strategies.
Skills:
Proficient in creative tools like Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Strong understanding of social media marketing, SEO, and digital advertising.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to think creatively and strategically.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
