As a Marketing Specialist for the Global Demand & Media Center (GDMC), you will support the Global Campaigns team in campaign execution, program management, budget management, data management and reporting.
You will be working with internal and external stakeholders in marketing activity execution and outcome analysis ensuring those are aligned with overall business goals.

Campaign Setup
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Arrange the readiness of marketing assets such as eDMs, landing pages, case study and reports for regional rollout.
Coordinate 1:Many full-funnel digital marketing campaign activation with internal stakeholders such as Campaign Managers, Paid Media Managers, Marketing Services.
Support webinar execution from system setup to streaming.
Work with external agencies and vendors ensuring alignment with marketing & campaigns objectives.
Support new contact acquisition, data enrichment and system sync (e.g. with Marketo, salesforce).
Proactively seek for and propose improvements in campaign execution process & collaboration.
Reporting
Analyse and report marketing data to enhance the future strategies.
Budget Management
Coordinate marketing budget allocation, purchase order creation and invoice settlement.
Stakeholder Management
Work with market-specific Account Based Marketing teams and sales teams for wider Sales & Marketing alignment.
Requirements
Post Graduate Diploma or Degree from an accredited institution in Business, or Marketing; or equivalent experience.
Minimum 2 years of work experience in marketing field or data analysis, or relevant role.
Experience in using Excel (pivot, vlookup), Marketo, Adobe Analytics, Salesforce or similar tools. Additional experience in other MarTech tools is a plus.
Excellent knowledge and understanding of entire communications process, including graphics and production.
Quick learner to grasp company's products, strategy and clients needs.
Understanding in marketing research and demographics analysis techniques.
Conversant with paid media platforms and Account Based Marketing basics.
Attention to detail to ensure execution is seamless.
