Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Personality to lead our efforts in selling HMIS(Hospital Management Information System) Software.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executingcore sales and marketing for revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective sales strategiesto the healthcare(Hospitals) and education sector(medical colleges)in domestic market.

Lead sales team members to achieve sales targets.

Negotiate and close agreements with small and large customers.

Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities.

Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board.

Excellent knowledge of MS Office, CRM software, and sales software programs

Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills.

Experience in customer relationship management and strong negotiation skills.

Experience in dealing with Government tender process.

Strong Experience in Software sales at Hospital Management Information System(HMIS)

Cold Calls/ Direct marketing.

Create awareness and develop the brand of product.

Communicate with target audiences and build/develop customer relationships.

Prior experience in Hospital Management/ Medical Equipment/ Lab/Medical Reps-Preferred.

For Senior Positions :

Proven work experience of 6+ Years of which at least 4 Years as a Sales Head or similar role in the healthcare with a focus on ERP and HMIS software.

Graduate in any discipline & Post Graduate Degree in Business Administration with Speciality in Marketing/Sales.

Management Degree in Healthcare domain will be an added advantage.
