Job Title: Sales & Marketing Executive
  • Location: Mumbai, Dahisar
  • Job Type: Full-Time

  • Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive with over 1 year of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, executing marketing campaigns, and building strong relationships with clients. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, creativity, and excellent communication skills.
  • Key Responsibilities:
Sales Growth:
  • Identify and target potential clients through market research and lead generation.
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations to close deals.
Maintain a strong sales pipeline and regularly update CRM with client interactions.
  • Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Gather feedback from clients to improve products, services, and overall customer experience.
  • Marketing Campaigns:
Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Assist in the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and digital content.
Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and suggest improvements.
  • Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote the company's products/services.
Market Research:
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, trends, and competitors.
Analyze market data to develop insights and recommendations for marketing strategies.
  • Reporting & Analysis:
Prepare regular sales and marketing reports to track progress and performance.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to provide actionable insights to management.
Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the product development, customer support, and other teams to ensure alignment in achieving business goals.
Provide feedback from the market to improve products, services, and marketing strategies.
