Eco Home Bebo Builders is seeking a dynamic and motivated Marketing Sales Executive/Business Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will generate leads, convert them into clients, and drive sales for our construction projects. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to sales, and the ability to close deals effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify and generate new leads through various channels, including online platforms, networking, and referrals.
Cold Calling & Telecalling: Engage in cold calling and Tele-calling to connect with potential clients, introduce our services, and set up meetings.- Client Meetings: Meet with potential clients to understand their construction needs, present our solutions, and build strong relationships.
Sales Conversion: Effectively manage the sales pipeline, follow up on leads, and convert them into contracts and projects.
- Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate terms and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
Market Research: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to identify new business opportunities.- Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales activities, progress, and challenges to the management team.
Qualifications:- Education: +12, Any degree
Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, marketing, or business development, with a preference for candidates who have experience in construction company or real estate marketing.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
A proactive and results-driven approach.
Compensation:- Base Salary: Rs.5,000- Rs.20,000 per month.
Incentives: Commission-based incentives up to Rs. 30,000 based on sales performance.
