Responsibilities
Data Cleaning and Enrichment:
- Building the list and segmentation data according to Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) using tools like Zoominfo and Linkedin Sales Navigator.
- Data quality audits: Identifying any issues with accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data within our database.
- Data imports: manually inputting and updating information directly into our Marketing Automation (Hubspot) and Salesforce databases.
- Monitoring data quality: Identifying any errors or inconsistencies in incoming data that may need to be corrected and creating reports that detail the quality of data within our database
- Recommending data quality solutions that may include automating manual processes and making recommendations for data integrity and best practices for data storage and management.
HubSpot Marketing:
- Manage Hubspot email set up and deliverability
- Creating reporting for inbound leads
- Cleanse and enrich lead and account information before transitioning prospects to sales development representatives.
- Maintain data hygiene on marketing leads
- Assist revenue and marketing ops in implementation projects
What You Bring to the Table
- 3 years using Hubspot Marketing Hub
- 2 years using Salesforce
- Experience using with data provider tools like Zoominfo, Lusha, Salesintel, Apollo.io for data enrichment and cleaning
- Strong attention to detail
- A proven track record of driving projects to completion
- Organizational and communication skills
- Strong English skills
