Job Description

What you will do

  • Manage customer interactions, inquiries and complaints across various channels, including email, phone, and social media.
  • Support successful customer retention initiatives.
  • Monitor influencers and brands regularly and identify areas of improvement in our products and services.
  • Stay updated about industry trends and IRM best practices to ensure our processes and procedures are optimized.
  • Participate in customer feedback collection and revert to drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure seamless customer support processes.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic understanding of customer service principles.
