Job Description
As the Email Campaign Quality Analyst, you will serve as an instrumental part of the production process. The team will rely on your experience in marketing and automation tools, HTML, and attention to detail to ensure the final product is ready for deployment. You'll be responsible for the accuracy of final assets and troubleshooting any issues that may need to be addressed in the QA process.
Position Responsibilities
- Media Asset Review and Testing:
- Thoroughly review and test all media assets before launch.
- Verify compliance with technical specifications (e.g., file formats, dimensions, resolution).
- Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and messaging consistency.
- Identify and document any errors or inconsistencies in creative assets, ad copy, or campaign setup.
- Collaborate with the media team to resolve issues and ensure timely delivery of error-free assets.
- Campaign QA and Validation:
- Verify accuracy of campaign targeting parameters, ad placements, and tracking implementation.
- Test campaign functionality and user experience across various devices and browsers.
- Monitor campaign performance post-launch to identify any potential issues or discrepancies.
- Process Improvement and Documentation:
- Contribute to the development and improvement of media QA processes and workflows.
- Maintain detailed documentation of QA procedures and test results.
- Utilize QA tools and technologies effectively.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with the media team, creative teams, and ad operations to ensure alignment and timely resolution of issues.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders regarding QA findings and recommendations.
Minimum Requirements
- 4+ years overall experience with 2 yrs experience in Eloqua, Marketing Cloud, and similar marketing tools
- Strong understanding of HTML and/or CSS to be able to spot errors in codes
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with ad serving and media tracking technologies.
Preferred qualifications
Having as many of these specific qualifications is a plus, but transferable skills/experiences may be equally valuable:
- Highly analytical, with a track record of being a strong problem solver
- Understanding of marketing operations, processes, business requirements.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with rapidly changing priorities and a high volume of projects
