The Marketing Operations Specialist will be responsible for managing the processes, systems, and data that support the marketing function at StarTree. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent project management skills, and a deep understanding of marketing technology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the marketing tech stack, including CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and analytics tools.
- Build and execute flawless and timely email marketing campaigns: one-time, recurring, triggered and dynamic-content driven.
- Execute nurture programs, trigger and drip-based automated email communications, ad hoc email campaigns, and event programs.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns. Ensure seamless integration of marketing technologies and processes.
- Monitor and manage the marketing budget, ensuring accurate tracking of expenditures and ROI.
- Provide training and support to marketing team members on marketing tools and processes.
- Reporting/Analysis: Contribute to global dashboards, aggregate reports from regions marketing management, some specific project reporting as needed (Corporate Events, QBRs, etc.), analyze regional data and reporting to provide insight to managers on optimizing campaigns
- Campaign Enablement: Train and support Americas on enabled programs, SME on global nurture and impact on Regional requests, manage/monitor Regional email calendaring and monitoring
- Quarterly Control Book: Report on Marketing Metrics for the region every quarter and align budgets, pipeline to goals
What Were Looking For:
- 3-5 years experience with marketing database management, analysis and marketing automation core technologies.
- Strong analytical skills, creative problem solving, project management and communication (oral and written).
- Self-starter who drives projects from concept to on-time completion.
