Job Description


  1. Advanced MS Excel/MS Access Expertise:

    • Utilize advanced features of MS Excel and MS Access to analyze marketing data, create reports, and develop insightful dashboards.

    • Manipulate large datasets to extract actionable insights and support decision-making processes.



  2. Salesforce.com and HubSpot Management:

    • Leverage Salesforce.com and HubSpot to track marketing campaigns, manage leads, and measure performance metrics.

    • Ensure accurate and up-to-date data within CRM systems to support marketing efforts.



  3. Budget Management:

    • Develop and maintain budget sheets to track marketing expenses and allocations.

    • Collaborate with finance and marketing teams to ensure adherence to budgetary constraints and optimize resource allocation.



  4. Event Coordination:

    • Plan and execute both external and internal events, including webinars, podcasts, conferences, and trade shows.

    • Coordinate logistics, manage vendor relationships, and track event ROI.



  5. Communication and Collaboration:

    • Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills in all interactions with internal and external stakeholders.

    • Work collaboratively within a team environment, sharing best practices and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.



  6. Problem-Solving:

    • Proactively identify challenges and develop creative solutions to overcome obstacles in marketing operations.

    • Analyze root causes of issues and implement corrective actions to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
