We're seeking a Marketing Operations Executive to join our rapidly growing team.
In this role, you'll spearhead the optimization of our marketing operations, from social media implementation to lead data analytics, reporting and database management strategies. Your expertise will guide the planning and execution of social media scheduling, analytics both for website as well as social media, database management for email and LinkedIn marketing, and other initiatives.

Responsibilities
- Plan and execute social media scheduling and posting for clients
- Identify and implement new tools and strategies to ensure better performance.
- Lead the social media paid campaign creation and drive results.
- Manage incoming leads and coordinate handoff to respective stakeholder.
- Analyze website data and report them for client or management's discretion.
- Design, build, and maintain monthly, weekly or ad-hoc reports on website and social media activity.
- Execute and measure conversion tests and experiments for paid social media campaigns.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize landing pages, campaign assets and creatives.
- Collaborate with other departments to launch campaigns, post social media creatives on respective channels.
Requirements
- At least 6 months of experience in social media management & reporting.
- Basic knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager).
- Basic knowledge of reporting tools.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
