We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Social Media and

Business Development Associate. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in

engaging with clients, enhancing our social media presence, and driving business growth.

Location: Matunga

Working model: Remote

Days: Monday to Friday

Timings: 10am - 7:00pm

Budget: 3 - 4.5 LPA

Experience: 1year

Roles & Responsibilities:

Engage with clients to understand their project requirements thoroughly.

Translate client briefs into clear directives for the editing team.

Facilitate ongoing communication to ensure alignment with client expectations.

Manage post-production workflow to meet project deadlines.

Offer creative inputs to improve the quality and appeal of the final video/photo

outputs.

Attend in-person meetings when required and be flexible to work on Saturdays if

needed.

Assist in driving business growth through client interactions, nurturing leads, and

fostering partnerships.

Enhance our social media presence by curating compelling content and maintaining

consistent branding across all platforms, staying updated with the latest trends to

keep our brand at the forefront.

Take charge of photoshoots to ensure visually stunning imagery that highlights our

products.

Requirements & Skills:

Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in social media management, business development, or a related field.

Proficiency in photo and video editing using tools such as Canva app.

A keen eye for aesthetics and a passion for staying updated with social media trends.

Flexibility to occasionally work on Saturdays and attend in-person meetings when necessary.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong collaborative and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team.
