Job Title: Marketing Manager (Lead Generation & Performance)

Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives, covering end-to-end lead generation, SEO, business development, and performance marketing. This role involves managing and optimizing a range of campaigns and working closely with a team of 2-4 marketing professionals. The ideal candidate is an agile marketer with a comprehensive understanding of digital marketing and a track record of delivering high-quality leads and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Qualification: Own and drive the lead generation process from strategy to execution, ensuring a steady pipeline of high-quality leads. Develop and implement qualification criteria to optimize lead conversion.
- SEO Management: Oversee on-page and off-page SEO efforts to improve organic search visibility and increase website traffic. Collaborate with content creators to produce SEO-optimized content and continually refine keyword strategies.
- Performance Marketing: Lead and manage ad campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram. Optimize ad performance through testing, targeting, and creative strategies to maximize ROI and achieve conversion targets.
- Business Development & Partnerships: Identify and foster partnerships that can expand our reach and improve Truemaths brand positioning. Manage business development activities to increase our network and potential lead sources.
- Team Leadership: Manage a team of 2-4 marketing professionals, providing guidance, setting goals, and ensuring alignment with Truemaths overall objectives. Foster a collaborative and results-oriented team environment.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Monitor campaign performance and conduct in-depth analysis to determine campaign effectiveness. Use data-driven insights to continuously refine marketing strategies and inform future decisions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with content, sales, and product teams to create cohesive marketing initiatives that align with business goals and resonate with target audiences.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing, with proven experience in lead generation, SEO, business development, and performance marketing
- Strong proficiency in marketing tools like Google Ads, Google Analytics, and SEO platforms
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with experience managing a team
- Ability to analyze data, make data-driven decisions, and adapt strategies based on findings
- Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
