Position Overview:We are seeking a motivated and experienced Business Development Executive/Manager to join our team in Noida. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Influencer Marketing, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful business development strategies. This role requires someone who is proactive, has excellent communication skills, and can drive revenue growth by building and nurturing client relationships.
Client Acquisition: Identify and target potential clients in need of influencer marketing services. Develop and implement strategies to acquire new clients and expand the business.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction with our services.
Market Research:
Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive strategies within the influencer marketing space.Sales Strategy:
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets. Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales pitches and presentations.Negotiation: Lead negotiations with clients and partners to secure contracts and agreements that align with the company's goals.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, creative, and operations, to ensure successful execution of campaigns and client projects.
Reporting:
Track and report on key business development metrics, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.Networking:
Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand the company's presence and client base.Experience:
Minimum of 3+ years of experience in Business Development within an Influencer Marketing Agency or from an event background or a similar industry.Skills:
Strong understanding of influencer marketing, social media platforms, and digital marketing strategies.Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
