Responsibilities
- Assist the Business Head in developing and executing strategic marketing plans to drive brand awareness and product sales.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and alignment across all channels.
- Manage social media platforms, including content creation, community engagement, and performance tracking to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Plan and execute digital advertising campaigns, leveraging data analytics to optimize performance and ROI.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth in the personal care sector.
- Support in the creation of marketing collaterals, including product packaging, promotional materials, and online assets.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing to maintain a competitive edge.
- Act as a liaison between the marketing team and external agencies/vendors to ensure timely and quality deliverables.
- Assist in budget management and allocation to maximize marketing effectiveness and efficiency
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the FMCG or digital brands sector.
- MBA in Marketing or related field will be a plus.
- Proven expertise in social media management and performance marketing.
- Strong understanding of data analytics for digital advertisements, with the ability to interpret and apply insights effectively.
