We are looking for a talented and motivated Marketing Manager to join our team. This role is crucial in driving our digital marketing efforts, managing marketing campaigns, and fostering strong client relationships.
Major Key Responsibilities :
Digital Marketing :
o Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
o Manage and optimize online marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, SEO, SEM, and content marketing.
o Analyze and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to refine strategies and achieve business objectives.
o Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
Marketing Campaigns :
o Plan, execute, and monitor integrated marketing campaigns across various channels (online and offline) to drive lead generation and sales.
o Coordinate with internal teams (creative, sales, product) and external agencies to ensure cohesive and effective campaign execution.
o Develop campaign budgets, timelines, and KPIs, ensuring all campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
o Measure and report on the success of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for future improvements.
Client Relationship Management :
o Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored marketing solutions.
o Serve as the primary point of contact for client communications, ensuring timely and effective responses to inquiries and concerns.
o Conduct regular client meetings to review campaign performance, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
o Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies for client retention and growth.
Generate Leads : Proactively identify potential clients through various channels such as networking,referrals, cold calling, online platforms, fair participation, social media and marketing campaigns.
Conduct Product Presentations : Showcase project to clients, highlighting their features, benefits, and value propositions. Answer client inquiries and provide accurate information about the project.
Territory Development : Responsible for market development and ensure area wise sales coverage and brand presence.
Achieve Sales Targets : Achieve individual sales targets. Monitor team progress, analyse performance metrics, and take proactive measures to meet or exceed targets.
Attend Industry Events : Participate in real estate exhibitions, trade shows, and other networking events to expand your professional network and generate leads.
Government Regulation : Staying updated on latest government policy and amendments.
Market Research & Continuous Learning : Stay updated with market trends, industry developments, government regulations, competitor activities, property values and sales techniques. Enhance your knowledge and skills through training programs, workshops, and self-study.
QUALIFICATION :
Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
Experience in the relevant industry.
Certification in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads, HubSpot, Hootsuite).
SKILLS :
Proven track record of successful digital marketing campaigns and client relationship management.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO tools, CRM software, social media management tools).
Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
