Marketing Manager

SkipperSeil Ltd. is a Substation Equipment manufacturing company that is forward integrated into Power Transmission, Distribution, and Generation in over 50 countries, with a strong presence in Africa, Middle East, India, and SAARC. Their product range includes SCADA, Automation & Instrumentation Panels, Power Transformers, Distribution Transformers, Current & Voltage Transformers, Compact Package Substations, and more, all manufactured in India, UAE & Africa.

This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Manager at SkipperSeil Limited in Gurugram. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, conducting market research, overseeing advertising campaigns, managing the company's digital presence, and collaborating with sales teams to generate leads and drive sales.

• Marketing Strategy Development, Market Research, and Advertising Campaign Management skills
• Digital Marketing and Social Media Management skills
• Experience in B2B marketing and knowledge of the power transmission industry
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience with CRM software and analytics tools is a plus
