Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Manager at SOUL. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our educational programs and initiatives. The day-to-day tasks will include conducting market research, creating and managing marketing campaigns, analyzing data and metrics, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and monitoring and reporting on marketing activities.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the company's objectives, target audience, and industry trends.
- Plan, implement, and oversee multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness.
- Manage budgets effectively, allocating resources to maximize ROI across various marketing channels.
- Maintain and enhance the company's brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing collateral and communication channels.
- Monitor brand sentiment and perception, proactively addressing any issues or opportunities for improvement.
- Oversee digital marketing efforts, including website management, social media strategy, email marketing, and online advertising.
- Analyze digital metrics and KPIs to measure performance and inform future marketing decisions.
- Lead content strategy and creation across various platforms and formats, including blog posts, whitepapers, videos, and infographics.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in marketing or business administration; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience in marketing management of atleast 5 years, with a track record of successfully developing and implementing marketing strategies that drive results.
- Strategic mindset, with the ability to think creatively and analytically to solve complex problems and drive innovation.
- Proficiency in digital marketing and designing tools and platforms, google analytics, canva.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Event management experience will be great
