About The Role :
As a State Marketing Manager you will play a pivotal role in implementing the strategic decisions for the stores marketing activities assigned. You will be part of a carefully selected, high-performing, highly motivated team. You will get an opportunity to demonstrate your marketing skills and inspire various internal stakeholders to realize Reliance Retails longer-term vision/ goals.
Job Description:
- Works with other Retail functions (Stores, VM) to ensure key stores have special retail marketing support.
- Ensure on time execution of regional VM & BTL Initiatives.
- Coordinates in-store promotions and the related marketing elements.
- Makes recommendations on best practices within store chain
- Visits stores and discuss with the store manager about service concerns, marketing programs.
- Serve as primary marketing liaison between Stores and marketing team.
- Budget implementation and control.
- Leads the development of retail marketing initiatives aligned with marketing communications to promote maximum sell-in and sell-through.
- Work closely with sales management, internal colleagues, and vendors to create and evaluate in-store marketing programs.
- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
- Monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance
- Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures
- Budget, Vendor Management, Media Plan - track BTL / ATL expenses on a monthly basis PO / SE, Coordination for VM - Production / Dispatch / Implementation, BTL/ATL - Creative / Printing / Dispatch / Distribution / Execution
- New Store Opening - Ensure effective New Store Launch and generate excitement through various marketing activities (such as catchment branding, pre-launch R- One sign up etc.) to attract larger footfall into new stores / re-launched stores and sustain the footfalls through activities like in-store implementation of marketing pack.
Requirement:
Bachelors degree.
8 to 10 Yrs of experience in State Marketing / Regional marketing.
Proven working experience in regional marketing / BTL marketing
Demonstrable experience leading and BTL marketing.
Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and BTL campaigns that engage, inform and motivate customers.
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
